The data is then aligned to the Ventura County parcels and centerlines. The data is built off of the last census data as provided by the US Census Data and then used for the following 10 years. 1. Align the data with the current Ventura County centerline and parcels feature classes 2. Create polygons from linework 3. Update the current school trustee FC with the new polygons. 4. Update the attribute data to reflect the current values. The census every 10 years triggers a rebalancing of the population per district. This process reflects those changes as ratified by the Briggs Elementary School District. Database update of newly elected officials. Every election, the newly election official name will be updated.
