Description: The polygon represent the annexation/detachment for Oxnard Drainage District No. 1. The district was established under the Drainage District Act of 1903. What we do is provide for the drainage of the agricultural lands within the District through the construction, operation and maintenance of conduits, drains, ditches, canals, catch basins, silt basins, pumps, pump stations, pipelines, manholes, and other similar facilities.
