Communication Facilities are a type of Conditional Use Permit which regulate activity for unstaffed uses and structures as telephone, radio, and television transimitting and receiving antennas/dishes, radar stations and microwave towers (section 8102-1 "Application of Definitions"), and may include a set of conditions specified under CEQA guidelines for what types of activities may be allowed when a permit is granted.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV> |
