Description: Ventura County Board of Education Resolution 11-09 requesting that the Ventura County Committee on School District Organization change the boundaries of the Ventura County Bouard of Education Trustee Areas to be in congruency with the boundaries of the Ventura County Board of Supervisor districts and the Ventura County Community College District trustee areas was adopted on October 24th, 2011. and recorded as instrument number 20120203-00018364-0 by the Ventura County Clerk and Recorder on 02/03/2012.In March of 2002, the governing boards of the Fillmore Unified School District and the El Tejon Unified School District took action to transfer territory in the Lockwood Valley area of the County of Ventura from the jurisdiction of the Fillmore Unified School District to the jurisdiction of the El Tejon Unified School District. The action was finalized later in the calendar year and the Board of Supervisors of the County of Ventura was notified of the action via letter dated November 14, 2003.
